🗝️ Long-term rental in Nice with CL Immo Gestion

Clear criteria, rigorous support, security for all

Renting an apartment as a primary residence requires compliance with a precise legal framework, particularly due to the requirements of unpaid rent insurance (GLI). In France, legislation grants significant protection to the tenant once the lease is signed: this is why the choice of tenant is based on objective criteria, aimed at securing the rental from the outset.

📁 A solid rental application: a must for renting

For an application to be eligible for the Unpaid Rent Guarantee (GLI), it must include the following documents:

  • A valid identity document
  • The last three payslips
  • The employment contract or employer's certificate
  • The most recent tax notice
  • The last three rent receipts (or proof of accommodation)

💡 Please note: To limit the risk of over-indebtedness, it is recommended that the rent does not exceed approximately 33% of net monthly income. In practice, this means that income must be at least 2.7 times the rent amount.

Additional criteria may be considered depending on the applicant's professional situation, household composition or the nature of the property being rented (unfurnished or furnished).

The full assessment of the application takes on average less than 48 hours.
